    Fort Wayne firefighters were called to 2712 Paulding Rd. at the Astoria Apartment and Townhomes complex early Sunday morning for the report of an apartment fire.When crews arrived, at 1:04 a.m., they found heavy smoke and fire in a lower apartment, a statement said.Firefighters were able to get the fire under control in about 50 minutes, it said, but the fire had spread into the spaces of adjoining apartments, heavily damaging a total of four apartments.No one was hurt.The fire is under investigation.
