    FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Free rides home will once again be offered to those who’ve been drinking or are impaired this holiday season. Fort Wayne Police Chief Steve Reed early Tuesday announced details of the 29th annual Holiday Cab program. The program, which aims to reduce impaired driving, will offer free rides from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Dec. 15 through Jan. 1.
