Fort Wayne man pleads guilty to dealing heroin
A man who was caught in a police raid in December pleaded guilty to dealing heroin. Terrence L. Fincher, 41, of the 5400 block of Evard Road, pleaded guilty Wednesday in Allen Superior Court to one count of dealing in a narcotic drug (heroin) between 1 and 5 grams, a Level 4 felony.
