Traffic was disrupted in the early afternoon of Thursday after a box truck was too tall for the underpass on Lindenwood Avenue near Illinois Road. No one was hurt. A 24-year-old Fort Wayne man has been identified as the victim of a homicide in the 3000 block of Oliver Street early today, the Allen County coroner's office said. Quintin B.
